Elvie, one of the first brands to create a pelvic floor trainer and hands-free breast pump, needed to explore their future in an ever-changing fem-tech climate with increasing competition. I created a plan to evolve the brand from being mom-centered to women-centered by assessing rising trends, user needs, and the emerging industry landscape. This included short term and long term projections for Elvie in the future.
